Albany, NY: Lobbying for Animals Seminar - March 11, 2014
William K. Sanford Town Library

Think only professional lobbyists can lobby? Think again! The Humane Society of the United States and the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society invite you to attend a free Lobbying for Animals seminar, where you can learn how to make a tremendous difference for animals in New York and beyond!

Join us and discover the tools needed to become an effective advocate for animals. You'll learn how a bill becomes a law, what influences a legislator, and what animal-related bills and issues we expect to be considered by the state legislature in 2014.

Attend this free seminar and find out how to be a successful citizen lobbyist. Plus, you can put your skills to use and join humane advocates from all over the state for the New York State Humane Lobby Day in Albany on Wednesday, April 9.

RSVP today to lend your voice for animals and make a difference in New York. Hope to see you there! Contact Brian Shapiro at bshapiro@humanesociety.org if you have additional questions.
