The Humane Society of the United States is hosting a meeting in Wellsboro for our Pennsylvania and New York members and supporters. We will present methods by which you can most effectively impact public policy decisions to provide more compassionate treatment of animals in Pennsylvania and New York.
Attend this motivational and informative meeting to refresh your skills, meet others dedicated to ending animal cruelty, learn proven techniques for effective communication with public and private sector policy makers, and learn how to organize your friends and supporters into a more potent force for animals.
These topics will be discussed by Pennsylvania State Director Sarah Speed, New York State Director Brian Shapiro, and Guest Speaker Pennsylvania State Police Animal Cruelty Liaison Sgt. Charles Staskewicz. Although the meeting is free, please RSVP to assure adequate space and materials.
