Tell Petland to stop selling puppies and rabbits!

Our undercover investigations at Petland locations across the country have repeatedly exposed animal suffering and neglect. The national chain of pet stores (the last to still sell dogs) has been linked to the cruel puppy mill industry.

At each of the seven stores we’ve investigated over the past year, including most recently at a Frisco, Texas location, we found sick puppies in back rooms—shockingly, we even discovered dead pets in freezers at five of the seven stores, including the one at Frisco.

Petland store owners and managers have been captured in video footage displaying little to no concern about the health and well-being of the puppies and rabbits in their charge. Investigators have witnessed overcrowded cages and documented puppies suffering from vomiting, lack of appetite, diarrhea, seizures and other conditions. Frisco was no different—in fact, one employee implied that the store simply allows the animals to suffer and die.
